$70,000- $85,000
Hybrid Senior Accountant-100%Paid Employee Health Insurance-Great Benefits-Salary up to $85,000
My client, a booming construction industry company, is adding a hybrid Senior Accountant due to growth. The company is in a high acquisition mode. The salary is up to $85,000. 100% paid employee health insurance. Flexible starting times. Laid back culture. Permanent direct hire. Must have accrual accounting experience.
Overview of the Senior Accountant:
- The Senior Accountant will perform accounting for multiple sites including month end close, reconciliations, journal entries, cash management, variance reporting, etc.
- Record daily cash transactions including ACH, manual checks, and deposits.
- Assist with AP and AR as needed.
- Complete financial coding of credit card transactions.
- Process purchase orders/receipts within ERP system.
- Assist with the annual 1099 production process.
- Assist with capital expenditure process, monthly reconciliation and annual roll forward.
- Submission of local, state, and federal tax filings and compliance.
- Manage intercompany transactions and support internal and external audit.
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience working with multiple locations is a plus.
- Understand AP, AR, banking, and payroll reconciliations
- Knowledge of inventory control, variance, budget, and reconciliations
